Art Rental
Business Art offers an art rental scheme - you can change your artwork on a flexible timescale that suits your business. Whether you need a couple of pictures or enough artwork for a whole office, we can tailor our service to meet your requirements.
The payments are fixed, regular and set for the period of your rental only, with the option to buy should you want to keep your artwork.
Rental of artwork is cost effective and tax deductible - renting artwork from Business Art can cost you as little as £1.75 a week per picture.

Rental is based on the following terms and conditions
- Prices based on a minimum 12 month rental agreement
- Option to purchase the artwork any time during the rental period, rental fees are attributable to the value of the works being purchased up to a maximum of 12 weeks rental value.
- Insurance of artworks, once installed, is the responsibility of the client, Business Art can advise you.
- Payment made quarterly in advance. One month before the end of your rental period simply tell us if you wish to retain the pictures that you have, change them for something else, or return them.
- Clients have full consultation on the choice of artworks, further to this, a two week ‘trial period’ at the beginning of the rental allows you time to change your mind – we will change your pictures if you are not entirely satisfied.
- Installation will usually be out with working hours – i.e. at weekends or in the evening to avoid disruption to you and your staff.
- We can quote for different rotation frequencies and for shorter periods – from days to months, please contact us with your specific requirements.
- All prices are subject to VAT.
